By using VisionRecorder, you agree to these terms and conditions. These terms explain your rights and responsibilities when using our unlimited screen recording service with complete privacy protection.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using VisionRecorder, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

These terms apply to all users of VisionRecorder, including visitors, registered users, and subscribers to our premium features.

Service Description

VisionRecorder is a browser-based screen recording application that provides:

  • • Unlimited screen recording duration
  • • HD video quality recording
  • • Webcam overlay and picture-in-picture features
  • • Local storage of recordings (complete privacy)
  • • No watermarks on recordings
  • • Professional recording features

All recordings are processed and stored locally on your device, ensuring complete privacy and security of your content.

User Responsibilities

Lawful Use

You agree to use VisionRecorder only for lawful purposes. You must not record content that violates others' privacy, intellectual property rights, or applicable laws.

Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the content you record and how you use or share it. Ensure you have proper permissions before recording any protected or private content.

Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activities that occur under your account.

Subscription Terms

Billing

VisionRecorder Pro subscriptions are billed monthly at $5.00 USD. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the next billing cycle.

Cancellation

The method to cancel your subscription depends on your original payment provider:

  • If you subscribed directly through VisionRecorder (e.g., via Stripe), you may cancel at any time through your account settings within the app.
  • If you subscribed through a third-party platform (e.g., JVZoo), you MUST cancel your subscription directly with that platform to stop recurring charges. Cancelling in your VisionRecorder account settings will only remove app access, but will not stop external billing.

In all cases, cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to premium features until that time.

Refunds

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions. Refund requests must be made within 30 days of your initial purchase.

Local Storage and Your Data

VisionRecorder stores all recordings locally on your device. We do not have access to your recorded content, as it never leaves your device unless you explicitly download and share it.

Data Responsibility

Since recordings are stored locally, you are responsible for:

  • • Managing your device's storage space
  • • Backing up important recordings
  • • Understanding that clearing browser data will delete recordings
  • • Ensuring adequate disk space for new recordings

Service Availability

While we strive to provide 100% uptime, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service availability. VisionRecorder may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues.

Since the core recording functionality operates locally in your browser, temporary service interruptions will not affect your ability to create and save recordings.

Limitation of Liability

VisionRecorder is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:

  • • Data loss due to browser issues, device problems, or user actions
  • • Recording quality issues due to device limitations
  • • Compatibility issues with specific browser configurations
  • • Any damages arising from use of the service

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding any claim.

Intellectual Property

VisionRecorder and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain all rights to content you create using VisionRecorder. We do not claim any ownership or rights to your recordings.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated terms and updating the "Last Updated" date.

Continued use of VisionRecorder after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to VisionRecorder immediately, without prior notice, for violation of these terms or any other reason.

Upon termination, your right to use VisionRecorder will cease immediately. Your locally stored recordings will remain on your device.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where VisionRecorder operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
